Seems to achieve the impossible with flying flags and helped me on numerous occasions to keep my dual boot system configured and working without problem. Always available for expert and qualified advice and my "must have" partner to keep my systems functioning.Wouldn't want to be without their continuing assistance.
After a long career in IT I know a lot about computers, particularly software but am not trained in hardware nor do I have the tools and equipment to take my computer apart. However I have used Oscars for several years now and have found then to be very useful in repairing computers. Their service is fast and reliable and not over-priced. I commissioned them to build my current computer to my specification and it has been a very good machine. If you want a new computer I would highly recommend you going to Oscars and discussing your requirements with them rather than just going off to buy an off the shelf computer from a big store. Their price will be good and most importantly they will maintain it for you rather than having to send it away as a big store would.
Helpful, knowledgeable, accomodating amd down right nice guys. Even recycled my old macbook saving me the hassle. Service was awesome also. Highly recommend.
Took my laptop in because it wouldn't do anything, Stephan diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a call with a quote and an estimated time for the part to get here, and while the part did take just over a week to come this is at no fault of Oscars as I did buy my laptop in the states, once the part got here they fitted it within a couple of hours and it was back running perfectly! We had to make the basic decision of which model computer to buy but after that, this shop provided explanations, service with a smile and transferred all programs/documents in the blink of an eye - I was really impressed.Quite the best local shop to go to for problems and upgrades and they will not baffle you with computer jargon unless you ask for it!! I have already recommended them to others. Thank you Oscar's for restoring my faith!
