these guys are absolutely fantastic and the price that they offered was very reasonable compared to few others that I tried selling to. We had problems with the courier, but they were really great at handling and quick to handle the case and re arranging the collection. payment was made on time too. Will definitely use again in the future.
What is the point of the existence of this ''company'' when potential clients take the time to fill out quote forms and upload pictures and they just send a message the next day saying 'hey, we have declined your instrument', no explanation, no additional information, just 'declined.' Customer service way sub par and just a complete waste of time. Avoid. Go to Bonners music instead.
I wasn't really happy with the quote they gave me but it was the best I got in the market plus the process was so smooth and so much hassle free than selling it privately. They arranged free delivery on a date of my selection, a Monday. The courier came at 10 am and collected it. Reached them Tuesday at 11am. I had the money in my bank account at 1:30pm. Brilliant!
