I've been with this Practice for over 36 year's and they have been excellent, Dr Harvey was the first Dr I saw and what a lovely man (gentle giant ) Any way my wife applied to be taken on at the practice 30 year's ago and my two boys a tad later. We have all been looked after by the Doctor's and staff brilliantly. A couple of year's ago I had a diabetes appointment and if it wasn't for the nurse, doing her job properly. I don't think I would be texting this now. Yes lately it's been a nightmare to get a appointment but hopefully it will improve. I get yearly check up letter's for my problems and get repeat prescription done on time. I do like that I can make a appointment by picking up the phone out of hours to make a appointment weeks ahead.
This place is quite simply a joke. I have taken 4 years to bother registering with a surgery in Seaford and my fears all came true. How can you have a surgery that runs office hours? How do people get appointments after 6pm? Everytime I've gone in there with my wife, there are frequently 2-3 people behind the desk dealing with one customer. Why? Getting an appointment is a joke. If I need to see a doctor now, what's the point of waiting a week? Is the idea to let time do all the healing? I am registered here, but i might as well just use walk in clinics.

If u want this as your doctors the doctors are fantastic but there are a couple of receptionists who can b rude and abrupt. The prescription clerk gets things wrong constantly so make sure one of the first things u do is join the online Web site so they can't get them wrong other than that the doctors r great
Never had any issues, receptionists friendly and helpful, the two sisters I have seen have been very caring and professional as is my GP, and I've never been delayed more than five minutes. Nice little play area for children and handy that community midwives, health visitors and podiatrist etc are within the same building
