5 star team and doctors. Can not complain at all !
Entirely unhappy... First gp hadn't my notes yet so the complications of my conditions were unknown. I had no time to tell him! He insisted I was taken off an essential medication a consultant gave me - one of the few that work for my multilayered ptsd. . The second appointment was worse - GP gave me a SURFACE AREA wipe to clean an open wound on an intimate area! I didn't know until I'd used it.. Hurt like hell. Never AGAIN will I use them. Formal complaint to NHS England as apparently their practice manager does not do face to face (reception told me).
Dr and Nurses are very helpful. Unfortunately to get an appointment you must go through the receptionist. She is Rude, unhelpful and will do everything in her power to avoid giving you an appointment. Been trying to get an appointment to see a dr On behalf of a family member who has a medical history and is experiencing worrying symptoms and its taken 4 attempts and we are now only aloud to see a nurse.
Doctors and nurses are very professional and highly rated however sadly the reception is rude, unhelpful and just generally unwelcoming. This is an area that requires the management to look into and provide additional training to solve this issue.
This surgery might have been good a few years back judging by other reviews but I've had THE WORST experience with it and had to change. They DO NOT do ring up on the day appointments no matter what they say. I rang up 5 mornings in a row and another 2 the next week the minute surgery literally opens in the morning at 8am to just be rudely and abruptly told there was no appointments each one of those days. One of the doctors also told me on my first visit I am (in his exact words) 'definitely going to get skin cancer in my lifetime' (I'm a 25 year old woman) after examining my skin and then refused to refer me after making that blunt statement to a dermatologist or to have any removed. Just an awful experience.
