Have been taking our cat (The Beast) here for the last 15 years or so. Very knowledgeable staff whose quick diagnosis and action saved him when he was very ill about 9 years ago. Ok, so we enjoy going more than the cat, but he would probably begrudgingly recommend Pet Doctors too!
If there were a better option locally I would change practices.
Total waste of time....this place didnt do what was required to stop the pain and suffering of a poorly dog instead they prolonged his suffering and pain... as a family we had decided that the best thing was for the dog to be put to sleep but the vet decided against our wishes... so today we have had to put our beloved pet to sleep by a different vet who could see he had no quality of life after another 24 hours of pain and suffering... avoid this vet at all costs they just want your money and do not have the animals welfare in their best interest. And as for the receptionist they were very rude and not very companionate...
OK this vet is a lot better than others we went to.The staff are helpful full of information and actually really honest and care about your pocket and the animals on our visit the stuff we had to do would initially of. Ost 142,23 but got told to sign up to pet plan through then only costing 9.99 a month we were back in 6 months so by paying a year monthly cost a lot less than one off payments.So if you meet them your see how honest they are, if the vets honest means their not just there as a cash cow.
Friendly receptionists, very good vets what more could you ask for. I've taken my pets here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else , the consideration, sensitivity and professionalism is second to none.
