I went to the Post Office to use the photocopier. I had to queue behind 6 people while they arranged postage for parcels etc. only to be told that the photocopier was not available/not working. There should have been a notice on the photocopier to advise this to save me waiting in the queue.
I have tried to call them all morning and I haven't got through once. Considering my call is very important, the service is awful. It's as if their phones are broken, which could be the case... if so I do apologise.
Always very helpful and friendly.
Enjoy visiting the Post Office in Church Street (not something I remember thinking in the past) all the staff are good there, but the owner is particularly nice and helpful, and a really friendly guy too.
