We have just bought a couple of electric bikes from Mr Cycles and we can't recommend this shop highly enough. The service was fabulous - always helpful and willing to take the time to explain without any hard sell involved. They communicated well and I feel confident that they will be there for any future support or advice we may need.
Decent shop, helpfull staff. Some things are overpriced like the dmr v8 pedal are being sold here for 35 and every where else they are 20-25
On Seaford promenade, 50 miles into a 100 mile ride, we discovered I had a broken spoke and a badly buckled back wheel. Spoke was replaced and wheel trued while we went and had lunch. Returned to Reigate without any drama and 100 mile ride duly dispatched. Thanks!

Always really helpful and willing to share their expertise. As a cycling novice I've had a bike serviced by them, bought bits and pieces of kit and they even blew up my tyres for free. Nice bunch of lads.
